This service is offered to private health facilities requesting to add new staff. This is done when there is a change in staffing. The service is provided by the Ministry of Health (MOH).
The processing time is 15 days, and the service is free of charge.

Staff’s working permit if they are foreigners.
Follow these simple steps to request to add new staff.
Visit www.irembo.gov.rw, and under "Health," click on Health facility licensing.
Select “Request to Add New Staff” and click "Apply.”.
Enter the Health facility details, including the license number.
Click the “Add Staff” button.
A new window will open. Enter the staff details, including
Their Identification document type
Date of birth
Contact information
Employment type
Current Employment and Job Title
Practicing License number
Add the staff attachment that includes the staff CV, practicing license, working permit, criminal record certificate, degree, and certificate of services rendered., then click “Add Staff” to proceed.
After adding your desired number of staff, click "Next.”.
Verify that the provided information is accurate, enter a phone number and email address, check the verification box, and click "Submit.”.
An application number will be generated so you can track the status of your application.
Note:
Once the Ministry of Health receives and approves your application, you will receive a notification confirming the request to add new staff.
