The applicant should have the land owner's(Successee) national ID or passport, the successor’s ID, the original copy of the land document, a certificate of succession, a valid phone number, and an email address.

Yes, you will pick up the land title’s hard copy from the processing office once it has been processed.

  1. What is the processing time to get my application?

The processing time is 7 working days.

  1. When does the transfer by succession billing number expire?

The billing number expires time in 30 days.
