After the application for the gaming license has been approved, the applicant has to pay annual fees for the license to be issued. This service allows approved applicants to pay their annual and other fees. MINICOM issues the license after the payments have been made.

Applicants with or without an Irembo account can pay for this service.

Applicants should have a form of Identification (national ID number, passport number, a (Rwandan) foreigner ID number, or a refugee ID number.)
Applicants should have a valid phone number and/or email address.
Follow these simple steps to pay for National Lottery Annual Fees:
Visit www.irembo.gov.rw, and under Trade and Industry, Click on Gaming License Annual payments.
Click on Payment for National Lottery Annual fees, then click Apply.
Enter all relevant information as requested, then click next.
NOTE: Your total fee for this application will be generated as the total amount to be paid after you have filled in the required information.
Verify that the information is true, enter your phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and Click Submit.
A billing number/ID (88…) will be generated for payment. Applicants choose the mode of payment; for more information about payment modes, click here.
After paying for this service, the applicants receive a notification of the successful payment.
