This service allows agrochemical dealer business operators to register and obtain an operating license from Rwanda Inspectorate, Competition and Consumer Protection Authority (RICA).
The processing time is 5 Days, and the price depends on the case.

Notarized diploma of qualified personnel as determined by the law governing agrochemicals in Rwanda
Notarized contract of qualified personnel
Proof of having an appropriate carrier displaying signs and labels specific to the agrochemical it transports
Passport copy
Business Registration Certificate from RDB

Copy of certificate of premise registration issued by RICA
Follow these simple steps to obtain an agrochemical dealer license:
1. Visit the Irembo platform at www.irembo.gov.rw and navigate to the "Trade and Industry" category, Click on “Business Operator License.”
2. Select " Agrochemical Dealer License" and then click "Apply."
3. Fill in the applicant's details (select if it is a business representative category, age group, and other required personal information).
4. Enter business details (company TIN) and add registration type (new or renewing application), dealer type, product type, and location.
Note: When you click on Add, a new tab is displayed. (Fill in the information of the new staff, If there is one then click Add.).
5. Upload the required attachments in the correct format.
6. Click Next.
7. Verify that the information is accurate, enter a phone number and/or email address, check the verification box, and click "Submit."
8. A billing Number/ID (88…) will be generated for payment; click Pay

Note:
Upon payment, you will receive another SMS and/or email to confirm the payment.
Once the facility head receives and approves your application, you will receive your e-certificate via email and can download it on IremboGov.
