This article describes a step-by-step guide to resetting one’s password on IremboGov by oneself.
Prerequisites:
- Applicants should have their Rwandan phone number or Email used when creating their account.
Applicants should have their telephone/ Laptop nearby to receive OTP.
Follow these simple steps to reset your password:
Visit Irembo platform: www.irembo.gov.rw and click on Log In
A pop-up window will appear. Click on Forgot Password
Follow a 3-step process to reset your password.
Submit Your Phone Number/Email: Enter your Rwandan phone number or email address used when creating an account, and click 'Continue'.
A Verification Code Will Be Sent. Submit to Verify the Code: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) and click on Verify. Please note that the OTP expires within 5 minutes
Create Your New Password: Enter your new password and confirm it. Then, click on Submit new password.
Now, you are good to go! You can log in with your new credentials and access all the services on Irembo
