Visit www.new.irembogov.gov.rw and follow the instructions below :

  • Click on the login button

  • Submit your phone number and password

  • Click login voila!

It’s okay, we all forget passwords sometimes. It is easy to reset your password on Irembo. 


What you will need: 

1. Access to your phone.


Steps: 

1. Click here or go type new.irembo.gov.rw/auth/reset-password into your browser. 


2. Fill in the Phone number and click “Reset password

3. A 4 digit code will be sent to you. Please fill it out in the box highlighted below.


4. You will now be able to choose a new password and click “Reset


You can now proceed to log in now with your new password.

  • Login to your account

  • Click the button with your name, a small window will popup with various items on it,.

  • From the item list, click. “Profile“ your profile interface will be displayed.

  • You irembo profile is made of:

    • Applications: Here you will find your application history.

    • Drafts: Here you will find all the applications that you drafted 

    • Documents:  This is the home to all your eCertificates that you have applied on irembogov

    • Account Settings: Here is where you change your personal & account details,you can only change your email, phone number & password, you national ID can’t be changed here.

  • Login to your account

  • Click the button with your name, a small window will popup with a blue badge, the blue badge displays your current role(s) eg. Agent, CRO, User. 

  • Click on the desired role, you will be logged in the account you chose.

It’s very simple! Here’s what you need:

  1. Your national ID

  2. Your phone number.

Steps:

  1. Go to www.new.irembo.gov.rw , then click sign up . Your page will look like this:


  1. This will bring you to the next page, where we ask you to enter your information:

  1. Enter your ID and Phone number, then click on Register

  2. You will receive an SMS with a One Time Password 

  3. Enter your one time password, then follow instructions to set your new password.

Are you sure  this phone number is registered to your ID number? 

NO:

  1. Please contact your network provider to register your number.

  2. Use the registered number to create your account on Irembo.

  • Search or lookup the service you are looking for 

  • When you find it, click on the service, our application interaface will appear.

  • Fill in all the required information click next.

  • The summary interface will appear, review all the information you have shared when you’re done, click next.

  • After reviewing your summary, submit your notificaiton details and acknowledge that the information given is true and click submit.

  • After submitting your application, the payment interface with the post-application steps will appear. Choose a payment option convenient for you and pay.

  • Seatback and relax while officers process your application, you will receive a response as per the service SLA.

How to apply for a service (Logged out)

Visit www.new.irembogov.gov.rw,  and follow the instructions below 

  • Search or lookup the service you are looking for 

  • When you find it, click on the service, you will be requested to login.

  • Choose login as guest

  • You will submit your national ID and phone number, the phone numnber you submit here has to be affiliated with the provided National ID.

  • Click submit, a verification code will be sent to the verry same number, use the code to proceed.

  • When you’re logged in as a guest our application interaface will appear with the service that you chose.

  • Fill in all the required information click next.

  • The summary interface will appear, review all the information you have shared when you’re done, click next.

  • After reviewing your summary, submit your notificaiton details and acknowledge that the information given is true and click submit.

  • After submitting your application, the payment interface with the post-application steps will appear. Choose a payment option convenient for you and pay.

After submitting your application, you may be given asked to edit some information. 


 Here is how to do this:


  • Visit www.new.irembo.gov.rw
  • Go to “Search application”
  • Enter your application number in the search box
  • Click on the “pencil” icon on the right hand side of the application
  • Edit your application then click “submit”.

If you are logged in to your account, click on the applications tab, all your applications will appear, look for the one you want and check the status .

 

Logged Out User: 

After completing your application,you will receive an application number.

To follow up on your application:

  1. Go to www.new.irembo.gov.rw 
  2. Click on “ Find application” .

Before uploading your file check for the following:

  1. File format should be PDF or JPG
  2. File size should not exceed 500kb.

Scan the QR code on your eCertificates it should take you to a verrification page that proove that the document is legit or not.

Use the application number on the e-Certificate and search the application on irembo, if the document doesn’t show up, it’s a scam !

At this point, you have applied ,paid and received an application number for your E-certificate.

What you will need:

  1. Internet access
  2. A computer or a smartphone

Steps:

  1. Type www.new.irembo.gov.rw in your browser.
  2. Go to “ Search Application”.

To get your marital status updated;

  1. You’ll need to go to the sector close to you with a supporting document testifying the right marital status:

    1. If you are claiming that you’re single:

      1. Certificate of being single

    2. If you are claiming that you’re married:

      1. Marriage certificate

      2. Marriage record

    3. If you are claiming that you are divorced

      1. Court judgment document

    4. If you are claiming that you are a widow/widow

      1. Deceased spouse death certificate

Household details are not found on Mutuelle

Please make sure you have checked the following before applying for Community Based Health insurance( Mutuelle):


1. You are using the head of the family's national ID,

3. If the head of the family has acquired a second ID, they have updated data at sector level.

2. The household has an updated "Ubudehe" category. You may also check this using *909# USSD.
