How to update an agent's account profile

This article helps Irembo Agents learn the process of updating their IremboGov account information, especially if they've made changes to their National ID. It provides step-by-step instructions to ensure that the account details remain current and accurate.

Note: An agent should have made changes to their national ID.

Follow these simple steps to update your profile.

Step 1: Visit and click on login.

Step 2: A small window will pop up, Fill in both your phone number and your password then click login.

Step 3: Click the button with your name, a small window will pop up, and Click on "Profile".

Step 4: Click on update and your ID will be updated.

Note: Here, you have the choice to modify your account password as well, or click here for more information.

You are now all set! The information should now be updated, precise, and in sync with the data in the NIDA system.
