Password reset for agents' accounts

This offers step-by-step instructions on how Irembo Agents can change their password, addressing different scenarios like forgetting their password or other data privacy matters that might require a password reset.


Prerequisites

  • An Irembo agent must have an active Rwandan phone number.

  • The phone number must match the one used during the account creation process.


Follow these simple steps to reset your password: 

Step 1: Visit Irembo platformwww.irembo.gov.rw platform and click on Log In

Step 2: A pop-up window will appear. Click on Forgot Password

Step 3: Enter your Rwandan phone number and click on Reset Password. 

Step 4: A Verification Code will be sent to the phone number. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) and click on Submit

Step 5:  Enter your new password and confirm it. Then, click on Submit new password


Now, you are good to go! You shall receive an SMS notification from Irembo with your new password.
