How to update an officer's account profile

This article walks officers through the process of updating their IremboGov account information, especially if they made changes to their National ID. It provides step-by-step instructions to ensure that the account details remain current and accurate.


  • An officer should have made changes to their national ID.

Follow these simple steps to update your profile.

Step 1: Visit and click on login.

Step 2: A small window will pop up, Fill in both your phone number and your password then click login.

Step 3: Click the button with your name, a small window will pop up, and click on "Profile".

Step 4: Click on update and your ID will be updated.

Note: You also have the option to change your account password as highlighted in the image above.

  • You are now good to go! The information should be updated, precise, and in sync with the data in the NIDA system.
