Prerequisites:
An officer must have an active Rwandan phone number.
The phone number must match the one used during the account creation process.
Follow these simple steps to reset your password:
Step 1: Visit Irembo platform: www.irembo.gov.rw platform and click on Log In
Step 2: A pop-up window will appear. Click on Forgot Password
Step 3: Enter your Rwandan phone number and click on Reset Password.
Step 4: A Verification Code will be sent, enter the One-Time Password (OTP) and click on Submit.
Step 5: Enter your new password and confirm it. Then, click on Submit new password.
Now, you are good to go! You shall receive an SMS notification from Irembo with your new password.
