How much do I pay for the notary services?

The price depends on the notary service you are applying for.

What are the requirements needed to apply for notary services?

The applicant should have their national ID or a Child Application Number if the applicant is a Rwandan, a passport for foreigners, TIN for companies, a gazette number for cooperative, church, and others, the original copy of the documents, a photocopy for the original copies to notify, and a valid phone number, and email address.

Can I apply for notary services if I lost my original copy?

You will need to get the original document first. 

Do I need to go to the selected sector of the notary services? 

Yes, you will present the original copy and photocopy to be notified.  

What is the processing time to get notified document?

The processing time is 1 day.

When does the notary service billing number expire?

The billing number expires in 30 days.

Where do I notify documents that should be presented abroad? 

You will submit the documents to the Ministry of Justice.

How much do I pay for the subscription to the official gazette?

The price depends on the number of copies.

What are the requirements needed to apply for a subscription to the official gazette?

The applicant should have their national IDs, passport for foreigners, a valid phone number, and email address.

What happens after I receive the billing number?

You will pay for the subscription using the billing number then the gazette will be delivered to the applicants’ respective addresses.

Can the gazette be delivered to my address? 

This will depend on the delivery mode you chose while applying; either to be delivered to you or to be picked up at MINIJUST office.

What is the processing time to get the gazette?

The processing time is 1 day.

The billing number expires in 30 days.

What happens after I receive the billing number?

You will wait until the official gazette is released. 

Can I get the gazette that published my document? 

Yes, you will apply for the purchase of the official gazette via IremboGov.  

What is the processing time?

The processing time is 14 days.
