This article describes a step-by-step guide of how one can download an e-certificate on IremboGov. At this point, applicants have applied, paid, and received an application number for their e-certificate.
Prerequisites:
Applicants should have their application number or billing number.
Applicants should have a confirmation notification from Irembo or the respective institution.
Internet access and a computer or smartphone should be available.
Follow these simple steps to download the e-certificate:
1. Visit www.irembo.gov.rw and click on Find Application. 
2. Enter the application number or billing number/ID in the search space and click the search button. Your application details will be displayed.
3. Click on the print icon “Print Certificate.” 
4. Choose your preferred language for your e-certificate and click Download E-Certificate.
Now, you are good to go! You have your e-certificate available and can download it as many times as possible.
